Mark received his Juris Doctorate with High Honors from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law. An experienced attorney, and a distinguished thirty year veteran of federal law enforcement, upon retirement from duty, Mark served as Associate General Counsel to the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association for five years, advising the Association's 26,000 federal law enforcement officer clients regarding all of their employment related matters. Mark is currently of counsel to the firm of Mahon & Berger, Long Island, N.Y., a prestigious federal labor and employment law firm whose principal, Lawrence Berger, Esq., is General Counsel to the aforementioned association. Mark has also  served for the past eighteen years as an adjunct professor at the John Marshall Law School Center For Tax Law and Employee Benefits, teaching criminal tax procedure.
